两位主理人都非常年轻，没有明确想象过未来的山雾到底是什么样子，只想要满足自己的朴素愿望——能给重庆的新老朋友们带来简单好吃的面包。
但山雾在形象早就在客人们心里显现……
我们收集了大家的描述，总结为：「友好」，「简单」，「灵活」。
Mist bakery is a neighborhood-based artisan bakery located in Chongqing, serving a diverse community of local residents, young and old.
Run by two young founders with no fixed vision for the future, the bakery was born from a simple desire: to share honest, delicious bread with both old and new friends in the city.
While the brand’s identity was never rigidly defined, it has naturally taken shape in the hearts of its customers. Through collected impressions, three core values emerged: friendly, simple, and flexible.
规模与收益的虽然不是山雾最在意的事情，但我们尽量简单化整个品牌及日常耗材。
”老友卡“是山雾希望保留给顾客买面包时的互动性和仪式感。
